These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NeeDoh website and any purchase made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for safeguarding any account credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Products and Availability

We aim to present clear information for our sensory play, tactile fidget items, and lighthearted stress-relief essentials selection. Product colors and appearance may vary by screen. Inventory, features, and availability can change without notice. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions or availability, but nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or unlawful activity. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices, USD Payments, and Taxes

Prices and checkout are in United States dollars (USD). Payment is subject to authorization and the terms of your card issuer and our payment processors. Applicable sales tax or other tax is collected when required by law; we do not promise that every location is tax-free. You agree that the billing and payment information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected card.

Cancellation

Contact Support@NeeDkin.shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel. An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the order is handled under our Refund Policy.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order with no minimum purchase. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, and transit normally takes 4–6 business days after processing. Tracking is provided. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery. We support exchanges, provide a free prepaid return label, pay return shipping for both ordinary eligible returns and product problems, and charge no restocking fee. Exceptions are explained in our Refund Policy. Those exceptions do not limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a manner that disrupts service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Intellectual Property

The site design, text, graphics, and other store content owned by or licensed to NeeDoh are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited right to use the store for personal shopping; they do not transfer ownership or authorize commercial copying.

Third-Party Services

The store may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics tools, and advertising platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites we do not control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and goods are provided subject to applicable descriptions and warranties, and implied warranties may be limited only where lawful. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses to the extent such limitation is permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Changes and Severability

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Changes apply prospectively from the posted date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
